Partnering with the LSSTRA offers vacation rental owners these benefits:

• The most current updates regarding Sunapee’s ordinances, proposed changes, impacts on property-owners, and opportunities to keep an eye on.

• Links to any relevant vacation rental legal cases in New Hampshire.  We will scope out what the cases could mean for us Sunapee VR owners, including possibly consulting with our attorney for relevant advice. 

• Support of LSSTRA’s cost of operation, including our website, postal services, and legal fees. 

• Advice on local support services so your rental space will be a stand-out option for guests! We know how difficult it can be to rent your home or space from afar.  We have a list of local service providers we can recommend. 

• The LSSTRA’s monthly newsletter will still go to everyone on our mailing list, but it will not include the above information. 

• Introductory membership fee of $75.00 provides the above advantages for the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025!
